Principles

The double roller crusher uses two high-strength wear-resistant alloy rollers to crush materials through the high extrusion pressure generated by their relative rotation. After the materials enter the gap between the two rollers, they are subjected to the extrusion and shear forces caused by the relative rotation of the two rollers. Under the squeezing, shearing, and meshing, the materials are crushed into the required particle size and then discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the machine.
