INTRODUCTION

The single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is suitable for large and medium-sized sand and ore processing enterprises, and is used for the secondary, tertiary, or even extra fine crushing of ores, rocks, or rock foundation materials. The basic crushing process is discharged from the lower part of the crushing wall and rolling mortar wall of the eccentric rotary pendulum driven by the eccentric sleeve, and collected and discharged by the discharge hopper. It has the advantages of high yield, low usage cost, exquisite structure, simple operation, less maintenance, wide applicability and high utilization rate.

FEATURES

1. Wide application. It can break relatively hard rocks, and the same host can obtain multiple cavity shapes by replacing the lining plate, thus adapting to various application scenarios. The medium crushing type has a stable and large feeding port, which is used for secondary crushing (even coarse crushing) of materials.

2. Good particle shapes. The crushers optimize the combination of crushing frequency, eccentricity, and laminated crushing to maintain a good product shape for the crushing material with discharge port size.

3. Lower production costs. The optimized lining design uses lower unit steel consumption. Laminated crushing and overcrowding provide better equipment operation rates.

With just a button control, the hydraulic pressure can be used to achieve stepless adjustment of the discharge port, and it can be carried out during the production process, making the operation more intuitive. After precision machining, the worn parts do not require packing during assembly.
