PEV - Jaw Crusher

FEATURES:

1 Modular non-welded structure

Improper welding can alter the performance of the crusher material, affect the overall lifespan of the crusher, cause unnecessary maintenance, and delay production. The new crusher adopts front and rear separate casting and side plates, integral bearing seats, and pin bolt connections, making the transportation of the crusher more convenient.

2 Integrated motor installation

A motor frame is installed when the crusher leaves the factory and the frame is integrated with the crusher, reducing the installation space and V-belt length of the crusher. The synchronous movement of the motor and crusher increases the lifespan of the V-belt.

3 Finite Element Analysis

The crusher adopts industry professional mechanical design software for auxiliary design, from component modeling to mechanism analysis, from dynamic analysis to finite element analysis, and the entire design process is effectively controlled

4 Optimized crushing cavity type

The optimized design of the crushing cavity is combined with a reasonable stroke to increase the output of the crusher.

Whether it's pebbles, mountain stones, or minerals, there are teeth that match them.

5 More convenient adjustment

Easy to achieve automation: The new crusher adopts wedge adjustment. Mechanical adjustment can enable the crusher to be adjusted both during operation and shutdown, while replacing it with hydraulic adjustment can enable automatic control of the crusher. Simply press the button to achieve adjustment and pre-tightening of the jaw.

6 Accessories

The PEV series crusher offers a variety of accessories, including feed hopper, flywheel pulley safety cover, automatic lubrication system, and hydraulic adjustment system. These  accessories can greatly improve the operational efficiency of the equipment and reduce production costs.

7 Optimized structure

By using institutional analysis to optimize the stroke of the rotating jaw, a larger stroke was obtained than that of a regular crusher,resulting in higher output and efficiency.

8 Manufacturing

The components of the PEV series crusher are made of high-quality alloy cast steel parts and hot-rolled alloy steel plates,ensuring service life and stability

9 Enlarged bearings

The new crusher adopts four bearings of the same size, which are larger and have a longer lifespan than other crusher models of the same specification, reducing  the maintenance time of the rotating jaw assembly and extended the replacement cycle of bearings.

10 Hydraulic adjustment system for discharge port (optional)

Crushers of each model can be equipped with a hydraulic adjustment system. By combining the hydraulic cylinder and accumulator, the machine can automatically adjust the discharge port and pre tighten the rotating jaw.  A safe and reliable hydraulic system reduces the preparation work before starting up, improves work efficiency, and ensures the safe operation of the main engine.
