First of all, the blockage of the compound crusher may be caused by the too fast feeding speed. When the feeding speed is too fast, the load of the compound crusher will increase, leading to discharge failure or blockage due to untimely handling. In this case, we should always pay attention to the feeding speed of the compound crusher and the indication of the ammeter.

Secondly, when the feeding amount is large, the indication value of the ammeter of the compound crusher is large. When the rated current exceeds that of the equipment, it will lead to overload operation. In this case, too long working time will cause the motor of the equipment to be blocked or even burned out. When this happens, on the one hand, the feeding amount should be reduced immediately, and the feeding equipment should be adjusted. Therefore, when selecting equipment, it is necessary to choose appropriate equipment to ensure that the compound crusher can work safely and effectively during production.

Thirdly, after the compound crusher works for a period of time, problems such as aging, crushing, meshing, and crushing of corresponding accessories may occur, or when the water content of the crushed materials of the compound crusher is very high, the discharge of the equipment may slow down or even block. In this case, the equipment should be inspected and maintained regularly, and the relevant parts of the compound crusher should be replaced in time to ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the equipment. Generally, the water content of the crushed materials of the compound crusher should be controlled below 14%. After working for a period of time, the equipment should be maintained and repaired.

The problem of slow discharge or blockage of the compound crusher is the blockage of the fan, which may be caused by incompatible conveying equipment. When the problem is found, the fan should be cleaned first, and then the corresponding conveying equipment should be replaced in time.
