How to install dust collectors for commonly used crushersThe crusher is mainly used to crush various types of stones, and common types of crushers include jaw crusher, cone crusher, and impact crusher. The size of stones that can be broken by different types of crushers varies, and the production output also differs greatly. How to install a dust collector for a crusher needs to consider your working environment and the application of the crusher. Choose a dust removal equipment that matches the crusher model. Today, I will talk about the installation method with you.
The dust generated by the crushing equipment is lifted by the operating components of the equipment when the block material is crushed. Due to the large particle size of crushed materials and the presence of coarse particles in dust, cyclone dust collectors or diffusion cyclone dust collectors are generally used for the crushing of limestone. Coal can be crushed using a primary cyclone dust collector and a secondary water bath dust collector.
The crushed material falls into the belt conveyor, and due to the large height difference, dust is easily generated. It is necessary to cover the discharge chute and the place where it falls into the belt conveyor or other equipment, and at the same time, extract the air from the lower part of the cover for dust removal.
The return pipe of the dust collector should be slightly away from the exhaust hood to prevent dust from being sucked away and circulating inside the dust collector. The inclination angle between the ash return pipe and the horizontal is about 5Q0, and it is close to the material on the belt conveyor, allowing the dust to slowly slide down to prevent excessive impact and dust from falling. Install a water spray device at the ash discharge area to prevent dust from rising again. If a counterattack crusher or hammer crusher is used to crush limestone, due to the rapid operation of the rotor and hammer head, a large air pressure is generated at the discharge port, resulting in severe dust generation. The solution is to install connecting pipes to connect the upper and lower parts of the crusher, allowing a portion of the airflow to circulate internally and reduce the pressure of the air at the discharge port. |
