1) The crushing chamber of a constant speed vertical axis impact machine can be either "stone to iron" or "stone to stone". There is no qualitative change between the two, only a quantitative change. The former has a higher sand production than the latter, but the sand particle size is slightly worse, with a higher content of stone powder and more wear on the anvil.

2) The crushing chamber of the high-speed vertical shaft crusher is made of "stone and iron", and the feeding amount is lower. The reason is that the 5-2.5mm stone particle size is smaller and the weight is lighter, so in order to break it, it must obtain more effective collision capacity.
3) By using two different speeds of vertical axis impact breaking sand and appropriately increasing the particle size of the incoming stone material from the high-speed crusher, the content of stone powder in the finished sand can be further increased, and the particle size modulus of the finished sand can be reduced.
In this way, the joint sand production process can improve the production and quality of finished sand, achieve the "breaking instead of grinding" process, and make it a reality to completely abandon the rod grinding mechanism sand.
